- Work with Project Manager (PM) and Project Lead (PL) to understand project’s requirements.
- Help PM/PL to set up projects and tasks on project management tools.
- Follow up statuses of project’s tasks and raise concern timeline is impacted.
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly on tasks done by project team members
- Produce performance reports on each team member when required: estimation vs. actual spent vs. bug fixing
- Liaise with third parties if required.
- Logical thinking, patience, good communication and team working attitude
- Careful and well present documenting skills using Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Good analytical skills to work with data for reporting
- Self-motivated, willing to learn new knowledge, skills, technologies….
- Well organized, good time management
- Self-awareness and eager to improve yourself day-by-day
- Fluent in English, especially in writing.
