Business Development Executive

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Finding, contracting, consulting, and introducing to customers about e-commerce software such as website, app
  • Performing Demo, instructing customers on how to use the features of the software
  • Receive information and requests from customers, consult and answer about a product
  • Negotiate, persuade, and quote for customers
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to find the contract
  • Support and answer questions for customers after completing the contract and during project implementation
  • Proposing plans and taking care of customers to promote, introduce products, build CRM strategies
  • Report and perform tasks as assigned by the management and CEO

Job requirements

  • Graduated in Economics, Business Administration, etc
  • Minimum one year of sales experience, B2B sales experience is an advantage
  • Having experience in software and e-commerce is an advantage
  • Understand business processes, sales, and customer service
  • Ability to communicate, present confidently and think logically
  • Enthusiastic and responsible for the assigned work
