Responsibilities and Duties
- Finding, contracting, consulting, and introducing to customers about e-commerce software such as website, app
- Performing Demo, instructing customers on how to use the features of the software
- Receive information and requests from customers, consult and answer about a product
- Negotiate, persuade, and quote for customers
- Coordinate with relevant departments to find the contract
- Support and answer questions for customers after completing the contract and during project implementation
- Proposing plans and taking care of customers to promote, introduce products, build CRM strategies
- Report and perform tasks as assigned by the management and CEO
Job requirements
- Graduated in Economics, Business Administration, etc
- Minimum one year of sales experience, B2B sales experience is an advantage
- Having experience in software and e-commerce is an advantage
- Understand business processes, sales, and customer service
- Ability to communicate, present confidently and think logically
- Enthusiastic and responsible for the assigned work
